Short version:

Also:

Going down on her is, bar none, the easiest way to make her happy.
Attention to her throat and hair-pulling are also favorites of hers.
She has very specific rules about getting tied up, and despite the fact that being tied up is submissive she will be bossy as can be about them, because if the rules aren't followed it's not fun.
As such, the quickest way to get her into proper subspace is to gag her (literally if being tied up, by verbal command if not). This isn't a requirement for kink scenes, but sometimes she quite enjoys it.
Regarding the issue of underage characters: age is weird with regard to vampires, but Nora does have some lines where age is concerned. She was turned in her early twenties, for the record, and she absolutely will not romantically/sexually engage with mortals who are younger than that. She'll sleep with vampires who were turned at 16-17 provided they don't look like children and have been vampires for a few years (for example: Jessica was turned at 17, which means that by the time she and Nora hypothetically meet in season five, she's closer to 20-21 and therefore acceptable).

Regarding partners and relationships:

Nora is a 3 on the Kinsey scale; she is very much open to men or women, though she tends to have male-leaning or female-leaning periods in time; she tends to trust women more easily, in a general sense.
Unlike a lot of vampires in her canon, Nora doesn't sleep with fangbangers much. The mood strikes every so often, of course, but she doesn't feed on many strangers anymore and she doesn't tend to go all the way with the ones she does; maybe around the bases, as it were, but not through to home plate. Her sexual relationships, while not monogamous, tend to be repeated encounters with the same few over time, almost always other vampires.
And non-vampires she liaises with almost always have something special about them in some way, even if just to her.
Given that she has these regular lovers, a few of whom are more regular than others, and makes no secret of this, she doesn't often consider things cheating. She's fairly polyamorous, and though she can be quite possessive of her lovers in certain contexts, she's perfectly all right knowing they're not exclusive. (Seeing it can be another matter, but.)
Nora is a switch. She will domme anyone, provided they're into it, but she will only sub for a few, and Eric is the only one who's allowed to properly tie her up, period, but she'll let a select few be rough and/or verbally/emotionally dominating in certain circumstances. And if she's going to sub, it needs to have been her idea, because of trust reasons.
Oh, and while she will domme the hell out of someone if she cares about them, because she cares about them she will also make a point of putting them back together afterward. She expects the same treatment if she subs.

Regarding shipping:

Negotiable (in canon): basically any of the ladies. I don't know, let's talk.
"Types" (particularly for cross-canon): though this can take different forms, she likes those who earn her trust, admiration, and/or respect the most.
